Peel 2 cloves of garlic and crush into paste using mortar and pestle (if you don't have mortar and pestle you can mince with a knife or crush using garlic press)
Place garlic into blender along with all other ingredients
Blend on high until smooth
Garnish with paprika and fresh mint or dill
